      Kofax Database Tables Not Being Populated

      ISSUE


      The following database tables are not being populated when processing batches, even when User Tracking is turned on:


      BatchDocument
      BatchDocumentPartialRel
      BatchField
      Batch
      BatchPage
      BatchQueue
      BatchStatistics
      DocumentCustomStringStorage

      SOLUTION

      These tables are not simply populated by turning on User Tracking. In the case where the option to "store batches in SQL Server" is not selected in the configuration, these tables will be empty. This option is configured by launching the "DBUtil" utility and selecting the Database tab. If it is not selected then the batches/information will be stored in .MDB files in the following directory: C:\ProgramData\Kofax\CaptureSV\BatchDB
