      Kofax PDF Generator Document Creation bug fix

      Kofax versions affected:

      • 10.1
      • 10.2
      • 11.0

      Cause of Issue:


      Network or Disk failure during PDF document generation


      Issue:


      Images from one document may be included as the first page or pages of the first document processed after the network or disk failure


      Resolve:


      Apply the latest service packs or fixpack for your version of Kofax. The behavior was eliminated in the respective versions:

      • 10.1.1.11  (Kofax 10.1  Service Pack 1  Fix Pack 11)
      • 10.2.1.5    (Kofax 10.2  Service Pack 1  Fix Pack 5)
      • 11.0.0.1    (Kofax 11.0  Fix Pack 1)
