AP Essentials - Change in user account policy

Inactive AP Essentials accounts will be automatically disabled after 90 days starting April 3, 2026.

Important information regarding a change in AP Essentials user account policy A new security policy has been implemented in AP Essentials.

Effective April 3rd, 2026, any AP Essentials user account that has been inactive for more than 90-days, will be automatically disabled.

To re-enable any inactive account:  Genus customers can send an e-mail to support@genustechnologies.com and we will contact Tungsten to re-enable your account.  If you are NOT a customer of Genus Technologies, you will need to contact the Tungsten Partner you obtained AP Essentials through.

Note: This policy does not affect user accounts configured for Single Sign On (SSO)
