      Batch class unavailable for configuration - KIC

      Possible Reasons batch classes may not be visible for configuration on the Import Mappings tab of the Destination configuration in Kofax Import Connector:


      1. The batch class has not been published


      2. The user profiles do not include the correct user(s) - KIC and MC service user and users that are configuring the destination must be included.
