Batches not getting automatically processed after Fix Pack/Service Pack applied

Problem:

After updating Tungsten Automation (Formerly Kofax) Transformation Modules with a fix pack or service pack. The batches are no longer being automatically processed during the KTM Server queue.

Solution:

Tungsten Automation support confirmed that after applying any sort of fix pack or service pack updates the "Automatically Start Batch Processing" is set back to the default value of No

To resolve this, Open Service Configuration and set Automatically start batch processing to Yes.

Restart the Kofax Transformation Modules - Server Scheduler Service
