Here are steps on how to delete blank pages if you do not have a VRS license.
1. Select your scanner "without svrs and with AIPE"
2. Click on the "Scan Settings" tab on the top. Then click on "Properties". This should bring up some scanning properties.
3. select the checkbox for "Back Delete Blank Page Threshold". You will need to enter in a number. Since blank pages are generally small in information we set something like 2000 bytes in my example below. Therefore any pages that is scanned with less than 2000bytes will be removed. You may have to play around with that setting.
4. Last step is to save your scanner profile. Click on the save Icon. If you would like this for all batch classes, save the profile under "Default".
5. Test that the changes you made worked.
