      Kofax Capture: Error 1722 when installing Service Pack

      PROBLEM:

      When installing Service Pack 1, you run into the following error: "1722: There is a problem with this windows installer package..."

      SOLUTION:

      This error is generally due to missing or corrupt files from the base Kofax Capture install. Run the repair installation on the base capture install and ensure that no errors occur. Then retry installing the service pack.
