      Error calling OpenMcVRSscan 2nd time launching Scan Module


      Problem: 

      Receiving the following error message when attempting to Scan in Capture Scan module on the KC workstation (VCDemo Scans successfully): “Error calling OpenMcVRSscan 2nd time”. How can I resolve this issue?  


      Solution: 

      This error can occur if Scan Module attempts to load the VRS Multicore processor for a new session before the VRS scan source has been completely unloaded from its previous session.   Disabling Multicore Processing in the VRS Administrative Console will prevent this error from occurring.
