Problem:
The customer was able to get Oauth setup in Azure Administration, and in the Kofax Export Connector setup, the user is able to log in with Oauth Credentials. However, when user processes a batch the export will fail with "Export connector needs to be re-installed...".
Solution:
When we reached out to Tungsten Automation support, they provided us with a "fix" of the export connector which enabled "verbose" logging and we were now seeing the following error during export: Script #1 (Microsoft SharePoint) [0 Require login to get an access token]
To resolve this the user running export is required to have read/write access to the certificate for Oauth:
Generally, an Admin user will have access to that specific file location and should be able to export without issues, and if you had a local administrator account and ran export as an Admin, this would also resolve this issue. However, sometimes you may need to specify the users that need access to the certificate.
Note: this only applies to version 8.6 of the Sharepoint Export Connector
