Issue:
When the export service is trying to export it fails and we receive this error:
Export Error: Script #1 (Data Output) [5 Access to the path '\\<Share_Name>\<Folder_Name>\file.txt' is denied.]
Resolve:
This issue can be caused by configuring the Export service to run using the Local System account which cannot access network shares.
To resolve this issue, configure the Export service to run using a domain account which has access to network shares.
If User Profiles is enabled, then that domain account needs to be a linked user or be a member of a linked group in User Profiles that has access to all the batch classes and modules.
After checking and changing the settings. Make sure to update the batch class before trying to export again, if that does not work, Create a new batch and scan previous documents.
