Kofax software licenses are tied to the machine's id. In order to move the license to a new machine, you will need to fill out a request online with Kofax. Instructions can be found in the attached document.

You will need the Serial number, Product code as well as MAC ID for the new server. This will provide you with an activation code that you can activate manually on the new server. You will then receive an e-mail from Kofax sales that say the EVAL license has been cleared for the S/N. Once you get that email, you will then need to re-activate the license on the server using the automatic option.
