1. Navigate to https://www.wowza.com/support
2. Click on the "Open a Support Ticket" image.
3. You will be asked to sign in. Sign in as jime@genusllc.com/france6600
4. On the Open ticket page, choose which product you want to open the support ticket for.
e.g. Wowza Streaming Engine, Wowza Streaming Cloud, or Wowza Gocoder
5. On the ticket form fill out the following:
a. Contact Method (Email, Live Chat, or Request a call). Generally choose Email.
b. Add support contacts. Be sure to add yourself or anyone else you think might need to help. Right now the contact list includes Mark, Kurt, Mike S. and Mike H.
c. Fill out Subject, Area, Description
d. Attach any relevant screenshot or logs of the problem
e. Include the version information either in text or you can upload configuration files
6. Submit the ticket. You will receive an email assuming you added yourself as a contact. The communication for the ticket is generally handled through the email chain.
