How to review & configure users and groups in Kofax

NOTE: If User profiles are not set in Kofax Capture Admin. All users will have access to every module and batch class.

To view which users and groups have access to each module. 
1. Select a Group -> Edit -> You will see 4 tabs.

General - This is just general settings that you can read through what the group has.
Assigned batch classes - Show what batch classes the group has access to.
Assigned Modules - Shows what modules are available for users in the group.
Group members - Shows who is in the group.

Sarita wants to know what modules each group has access to. So you will have to go over each group and see which "Assigned Modules" are available for the group.

For example, in the screenshot below: The user/group has access to Batch Manager, Export, Scan, Validation and Verification Only.

And in this example, user/group only has access to the Email and Email Orders batch classes.
