How can I verify that the scanner's ISIS driver is installed and working correctly if it is not working in VCDemo, VRS Test Console, or Kofax Capture scan module?
Answer:
- Navigate to C:\Windows\Pixtran
- Double-click on testappn.exe
- Select the scanner in the Scanner selection window
- Scan a page
- A dialog box will state "Success"
- If TESTAPPN is unable to communicate with the scanner, or if it reports any errors during scanning, contact the scanner's manufacturer for support troubleshooting the scanner hardware and/or its ISIS driver.
