Export Connector Password Not Updated: Kofax Capture Export Login Failure

Issue:

After updating the passwords for the Export Connector in the Export Credentials, the affected batches are failing due to invalid credential information. The batches created in the Batch Manager display an error status in the Quality Control queue.

Resolution:

This issue is resolved by updating the affected batches.

1. Kofax/Tungsten Capture Administration > Right-click on the affected batch > Publish

2. If you have any affected batches in the batch manager with an error status in the Quality Control queue, please try the following:
    Kofax/Tungsten Capture Batch Manager > Right-click on the affected batch > Update Batch Classes > Unreject
