      Import Connector 2.11 and VRS 5.3 Compatibility Issues

      Problem:

      We have seen issues in some customer environments where VRS 2.11 emails will just stop polling. 

      Currently, Tungsten (Formerly Kofax) Import Connector does not officially support VRS 5.3 and still requires VRS 5.2.

      This was relayed to us as Bug 2092283 and is scheduled to be fixed in FP2 for VRS 5.3

      • Description shows: after updating to VRS 5.3, KIC is no longer able to import into KC

      Tungsten Automation support has an "Attempt to fix" which has been made available and can be provided as part of a pre-certified agreement should you wish to see if that resolves.
