      Imported Attached Email Missing Email Header

      Issue:


      An imported Email contains another email as an attachment. The email attachment gets converted to TIFF but does not include the email's message header.


      Solution:

      1. Go to Start > All Programs > Kofax > Message Connector and launch Message Connector Configuration
      2. Navigate to the 'Document Conversion' section
      3. Set the 'Handle body of nested emails as' to 'Body'
      4. Save the changes and choose to restart the services when prompted.
