      Increase Number of Messages polled in Import Connector

      If you would like Tungsten (Formerly Kofax) Import Connector to poll more than 1 message at a time, you can set Prefetched Messages amount in the Message Connector Configuration.

      Kofax support recommends between 40 to 60. You will need to restart the Message Connector services after changes have been made.
