      KCNS Central and Remote site error: 401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials

      When you open a browser and go into Server-Name/ACIS you can get following error:

      Resolve:


      This is usually due to the account username/password changing and not being updated in the KCN Server configuration wizard (AciCfgWz.exe).


      The default location of AciCfgWz.exe is from the KCN Server installation \Bin folder.


      Run the installer as an admin and update the user name and password. Click Next

      If the configuration Confirmation looks good with no errors you can click finish.
