      KFS - Input String Not in Correct Format Error

      KFS is not able to import document with an error "Input string not in a correct format"

      ISSUE: KFS is not able to import document with an error "Input string not in a correct format"

      Inside the KFS logs an error "Input String No in Correct Format Error and COM Components Error 800a0046 Exporting to Capture" is logged. 

      The error does not indicate issues with the licensing. 

      How to test:
      Open the batch manager and create a batch. Using the Scan module will show a more minigful message.

       

      RESOLUTION: The KFS require one concurrent license available to work.
