      Kofax Capture Batch ID or Document ID needs to be changed

      Question:


      How can I change the value of the batch id or document id in Kofax Capture?


      Answer:

      1. All batches will need to be processed out of batch manager
      2. Run dbutil.exe /supporttab via 'run' or command line
      3. Location of dbutil.exe
        1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Kofax\CaptureSS\ServLib\Bin
        1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Kofax\Capture\Bin
      2. Click on the 'Support Tab'
      3. Enter the correct value
      4. Click on 'Change'
