Problem
When attempting to process documents from a shortcut in Kofax Front Office Server (KFS), the job fails and the error reported in the error logs is:
Input String was not in a correct format
This error can when there are insufficient Concurrent Station licenses available for Kofax Front Office Server (KFS) to use. Each KFS server requires one Concurrent Station license to successfully export to Kofax Capture.
Resolve
Add enough Concurrent Station licenses to the Kofax Capture license so that each KFS server has one available.
