      Kofax Import Connector (KIC) 2.11 stops polling emails with VRS 5.3

      ISSUE:

      Some customers have reported issues where Polling would stop occurring on emails. No errors seen in Message Connector Monitor. Restarting the Plug-in and Message Connector Services can sometimes temporarily resolve the issue.

      Stateent from Tungsten Automation (Formerly Kofax) Support:

      Currently, KIC does not officially support VRS 5.3 and still requires VRS 5.2.

      This issue has been reported as Bug 2092283 and is scheduled to be fixed in FP2 for VRS 5.3
