      Kofax KTA: CaptureDataExport has inconsistencies Error

      Issue

      When we try to import a new package to a KTA environment, it fails with the error:


      "The CaptureDataExport has inconsistencies:

      The project IKB_ZV / 15B6914059DB482F923AF089AB1767A4 / 1566 does not have a single corresponding document group.
      The CaptureDataExport contains 1 document groups but:
      only has 2 shared projects + extraction group projects.
      Parameter name: captureDataExport
      "

      Solution

      Within the error message it seems that a specific version of an old extraction group is causing this. In the above error it is version 1566.

      Try to delete the not needed old version of the extraction group and create a new package. After this, the import should be successful.
