      Kofax Modules crashing in Kofax Capture 10.2 Service Pack 1

      Issue:


      Kofax Capture 10.2  modules (Admin, Validation, Quality Control, etc) seem to crash often.


      This is a known bug: 962224  - After using mouse to hover on a Kofax Capture module window that does not have the primary focus, the module becomes unresponsive.


      Solution:


      You need to upgrade to the latest version of Kofax Capture to resolve this issue.
