      Kofax User Profile Lockout Recovery - SQL Database

      Issue:


      Unable to launch User Profiles to make changes - no users have the correct permissions


      Solution:


      If the customer is using a full SQL Database - not Kofax Standard database - run the following query in the database to turn off user profiles. 

      UPDATE  KGlobal SET  EnableUserProfiles = 0
