      Kofax users can see all batch classes/modules

      Assumptions:

      • User profiles are activated
      • Groups and users are assigned specific batch classes and specific modules
      • Users can see batch classes or modules they do not have assigned to them in their groups or individual names.

      Possible resolution:


      Check the batch classes and the modules that are assigned to the ‘Everyone’ group.


      Permissions for users begin with the “Everyone” group, then any additional permissions given in the user’s specific group they are included in, and then any privileges given in the individual user’s name if applicable.
