      KTA 7.8.0 applying fix pack cause file import to not work.

      Problem:


      During the File import, the “Loading” message doesn’t complete. Tried to import a very small sample tiff image and it’s not loading.


      After we’ve applied the KTA 7.8.0.8 Fixpack. We are not able to use the File Import.

      We’ve verified the KTA Web capture version of the workstation is the same as the server-side.

      run the convert data layer script again manually from C:\Kofax TotalAgility 7.7\KofaxTotalAgility-7.7.0.8\TotalAgility\TotalAgilityInstall\DatabaseScripts
