      KTM Service Configuration - Batch processing polls

      Feature: Batch Processing Polls Queue for Server Instance


      This feature works in conjunction with the 'Automatic start of batch processing' -  which is another feature in the server configuration UI.


      Behaviors of settings:


      If this setting is set to 1 + 2 then it will poll for batches in a ready state in both KTM Server 1 and KTM Server 2 queues and process batches automatically.


      If it is set to 1 it only polls for batches in a ready state in the KTM Server 1 queue and then processes that batch automatically.


      Likewise - if it is set to 2 it only polls for batches in a ready state in the KTM Server 2 queue and then processes that batch automatically


      NOTE: You will only have KTM Server 1 and KTM Server 2 queues if you are using classification and extraction in your KTM project. All projects will have KTM Server 1.  It is also fine to leave the setting at 1 + 2 even if you do not have a configured project that uses both servers.

      0 = 1 + 2
      1 = 1
      2 = 2


      Additional Info for configuration:


      Further configuration for those queues is done at the batch class level.


      R-click on the batch class


      Choose Extended Synchronization properties


      Click on the Server tab
