      KTM Thin Client Only Showing Certain Batches

      Problem:


      Users in KTM Thin Client (Web Validation) is only able to see certain batches in KTM validation. 


      Resolve:


      KTM Thin Client is limited to show only the oldest 100 batches in your KTM Validation queues. So if you currently have more than 100 batches you will need to process out your oldest batches first.


      You can however set a filter in KTM Thin Client to show KTM Validation batches in ready status. 


      Note: Older versions of KTM may be limited in the views and filters will only filter out the 100 oldest batches. It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest version of KTM to resolve these issues,
