      KTM Validation Error when trying to open a batch in Batch Manager

      Issue: The user receives the error message: 

      Failed to load project because: This XML file was saved by a newer version '22.0' of this software.  Please update to the new version

      A problem has occurred.  Object reference not set to an instance of the object. 

       

      This is due to a mismatch of KTM versions between the workstation and server.  Typically an upgrade is required to bring the workstation up to the same version as the server.
