Issue:
Patch code separation fails when importing a document, but not when manually scanning a document.
Resolution:
- On each machine importing the documents perform the following steps:
- Close the scan module
- In the Registry Editor, navigate to the following registry key:
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Kofax Image Products\Ascent Capture\3.0
- Create a new DWORD with the name: TossSeparatorSheet
- Set the value of TossSeparatorSheet to 1
- Restart the Scan module
