Saving searches in IBM Content Navigator

To allow users to Save or Edit searches in IBM Content Navigator the users must first exist in Content Manager (or whatever is being used as the underlying repository: Filenet, etc.).


The easiest way I've found is to create a group in the repository (CM) and add navigator users to that group.


Then in the administrator desktop of Content Navigator, click Repositories on the left side menu, then click on the repository for which you want to save searches, then the Edit button.  Login to the repository.
Click on the Search option and add the repository group to the Search Role as desired.
