Timelogger Tool to test performance and slowness issues

PROBLEM:

The TimeLogger tool is valuable for diagnosing performance or slowness-related problems.

Most performance or slowness issues stem from environmental factors or network slowdowns.

Solution: 

When you use the TimeLogger tool, it creates a TXT file in the specified location and writes 10,000 date/time stamps within that file. This straightforward tool helps determine whether a network is slow or not. The typical completion times are approximately 5 seconds to a local drive like C:\TEMP folder and about 20 seconds to a local share drive local to that machine. If you are running the tool from a client machine, completion times should be around 45-60 seconds to the CaptureSV share on the same fast network.
