Problem:
After a workstation re-install, the customer advised that they were unable to open scripts. They received the following error: Could not find directory 'c:\temp\CAPTUR~1\AdminDB\Scripts\VB2022Template'
Solution:
- Open Registry Editor
- Go to the following registry key: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Kofax\SALicClient
- Check to see if the the key SharedLicenseServerFileUnc is pointing to the \\KofaxServer\CaptureSV\Config location. It should look similar to the following:
- Open Services.msc and restart Kofax Capture Service
