      Using SSL for Kofax Capture Export Connector for IBM FileNet Content Manager

      Problem:


      The customer cannot connect to a URL that is using SSL but works for HTTP connection.


      For example:


      Export connector can connect to http://filenetserver/wsi/FNCEWS40MTOM/


      Export connector unable to connect to https://filenetserver/wsi/FNCEWS40MTOM/


      Resolve:


      Kofax Capture Export Connector for IBM FileNet Content Manager 8.2.1 and below did not have SSL enabled in the export connector settings.


      You will need to update from version 8.2.1. to 8.3.0 for use with SSL connections.
